A Saline County Favorite with a Central Arkansas Reach
Although these awards were decided by Saline County readers, CrossRoads Wine & Spirits has developed a following that extends throughout Central Arkansas.
Located on North Reynolds Road in Bryant, the store carries bourbon, American whiskey, wine, beer, spirits, mixers, specialty merchandise, and an extensive selection of private-barrel and single-barrel releases.
Its Bryant location is convenient for customers in Bryant and Benton, but the store’s selection regularly attracts whiskey enthusiasts and bottle hunters from well beyond Saline County.
Personal observation
One of Arkansas’ Deepest Store-Pick Collections
On a personal note, CrossRoads has the biggest collection of store picks I have seen at any liquor store in Central Arkansas. It may have the largest collection of store picks in the entire state.
That observation comes from following Arkansas liquor stores, private-barrel programs, and new single-barrel releases across the state. CrossRoads consistently maintains an unusually broad collection of exclusive bourbon, rye, whiskey, and other spirit selections.
Store picks are individual barrels selected for a particular retailer or group. Because every barrel develops its own flavor profile, these bottles offer something different from the standard expressions available through regular distribution.
For Arkansas whiskey enthusiasts, the volume and variety of these selections have made CrossRoads a destination—not simply a neighborhood stop.
CrossRoads Supports Arkansas Creators and Producers
CrossRoads also deserves recognition for supporting Arkansas creators, breweries, meaderies, and other locally based businesses.
Casks-n-Que
CrossRoads carries merchandise and barbecue products from Casks-n-Que, a Central Arkansas creator connecting the closely related whiskey and barbecue communities.
Arkansas-Made Beverages
CrossRoads also features products from Arkansas producers such as:
- Arkansas Meadery
- Stone’s Throw Brewing
- Lost Forty Brewing
Supporting Local Business
By providing shelf space for locally produced beverages, specialty foods, merchandise, and gifts, CrossRoads helps customers discover Arkansas businesses while giving independent producers valuable exposure.
This commitment to Arkansas-made products adds another dimension to the CrossRoads shopping experience. Customers can discover exclusive store picks alongside locally brewed beer, Arkansas mead, barbecue products, and specialty gifts that may not be available at a conventional liquor store.
That local focus helps make the store’s Best Gift Shop recognition especially fitting. CrossRoads is not simply a place to purchase wine, beer, or spirits—it is also a destination for discovering products created by people and businesses within the Arkansas community.
Community Support Behind the Awards
Readers’ Choice awards carry special meaning because they come directly from customers and community members who shop at the nominated businesses.
Following the announcement, CrossRoads thanked Saline County residents for voting and supporting the store. That community support helped the business earn recognition in three distinct categories during the same year.
The awards also highlight the important role independent liquor stores play in Arkansas. Stores such as CrossRoads do more than sell bottles. They introduce customers to new products, collaborate with local whiskey groups, support Arkansas creators, and bring exclusive barrel selections into the state.
