A new Arkansas bourbon barrel pick is headed to Bryant later this week as Rock Town Distillery teams up with CrossRoads Wine & Spirits and the Dad’s After Dark podcast for a limited single barrel bourbon release event on Friday, May 15, 2026.
The release will feature a five-year-old Rock Town Column Still Collection Single Barrel Cask Strength Straight Bourbon Whiskey bottled at 134 proof. According to event organizers, only 60 bottles will be available and sales will take place from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at CrossRoads Wine & Spirits in Bryant.
Free bottle engraving will also be offered during the event.
Dad’s After Dark member Shane Preator shared that the collaboration came together alongside CrossRoads owner Brad Haviland and Rock Town Distillery, with the group selecting a barrel they felt stood out immediately during the tasting process. The final barrel was chosen at a robust 134 proof and will be released as a limited single barrel selection exclusive to the event.
Rock Town Distillery, based in Little Rock, Arkansas, has become one of the state’s most recognizable whiskey producers and is known for producing bourbon using Arkansas-grown grains. The distillery’s Column Still Collection single barrel releases have continued to gain attention among Arkansas bourbon enthusiasts for their uncut, high-proof presentation and limited availability.
