Delta Dirt Distillery is a family-owned craft distillery in downtown Helena. The Williams family grows produce and grains in Phillips County, then transforms those agricultural ingredients into spirits at its Cherry Street distillery and tasting room.
What “farm-to-bottle” means here: the family’s connection to the finished spirit begins before fermentation. It starts with crops grown on land the Williams family has worked for generations.

Four Generations of Delta Soil

Late 1800s
Papa Joe Williams
The family story begins with Papa Joe, who sharecropped the original 86 acres in the Arkansas Delta.
1949
U.D. “Daddy D” Williams
U.D. Williams purchased the farm out of sharecropping, securing the land for future generations of the family.
Next Generation
Harvey Williams Sr.
Harvey Sr. diversified the farm into vegetable production, including the sweet potatoes that later became central to Delta Dirt.
2017–Present
The Distillery Generation
Harvey Jr., Donna, Thomas, Donavan and the wider family turned the farm’s agricultural legacy into a nationally recognized spirits brand.

Tour Delta Dirt Distillery
