CrossRoads Wine & Spirits in Bryant has opened an online reservation page for \u201cBluegrass,\u201d a Southern Collective single barrel built around age, proof and a rye-forward grain recipe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The bottle is labeled as an eight-year Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey, non-chill filtered and bottled at 131 proof. Its mash bill is 75% corn, 21% rye and 4% malted barley.
