          Many of you already know that Abe and I have longstanding ties to the Bourbon Club of Arkansas (BCA). Abe serves as an admin there, and I\u2019ve been a member since the early days \u2014 both before the original club was lost and again after its return. BCA is a back-to-back National Whiskey Club of the Year ASCOT Award winner, founded by Gary Penna many years ago, and has always maintained a strong reputation for exceptional, award-winning barrel picks, a focus on charity, and a genuine commitment to community. Those values are not accidental, and they matter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          From the beginning, Arkansas Barrel Heads was intentionally created as a group<\/em>, not a club<\/em>. That distinction wasn\u2019t semantics. ABH exists to be open, welcoming, and accessible \u2014 a place where anyone can come in, talk whiskey, learn, share opinions, and enjoy the hobby without barriers. BCA, by design, is a more exclusive club, and that structure has served it extremely well. The two were never meant to compete, and they don\u2019t.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
