We quickly realized that to truly pick out the best barrel possible for BCA, we would have to move the selection process into a more temperate climate.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Whiskey, as it approaches freezing, gets cloudy and extremely viscous, and the nose and palate would be greatly affected. The team quickly gathered up our samples and moved into the gift shop and \u2018official\u2019 new tasting room.
